Webmail tips
When using webmail, check and update your profile by clicking on "options". You can edit your name, your email address and your signature. Make sure your email address is user@nycap.rr.com or user@berkshire.rr.com and not user@pop-server.nycap.rr.com. You can also adjust settings to have messages deleted from the server when you download to webmail, for example.

Going away on vacation? Stay connected with Road Runner
Summertime is here, and so is vacation time. If you're going away, you may want to enable mail forwarding or auto reply message features to your @nycap or @berkshire email accounts.

• Go to http://www.nycap.rr.com
• Click on "Administer your email accounts" link in the "Help" menu
• Enter your user name and password in the Account Management System screen
• Select "Mail options" in the dropdown menu
• Choose the mail account you wish to change
• Complete the information on the subsequent page
